Insurance and Billing Department provide services by filing insurance claims to primary and secondary insurance as well as assist our patients with billing disputes with the Insurance companies. Patients may reach Tammy at extension 228, by email at kpatterson@capefearoto.com or Kristy at extension 229. |

Front Desk staff provide patients with check-in and check-out services as well as schedule appointments, and direct telephone calls to the appropriate staff member. These ladies handle all patient referral requests from other physician offices. Patients may reach Michelle at extension 221, Irina at extension 222, Christy at extension 224, and Tomika at extension 225. |

Medical Records and Administrative department: Fabian provides assistance to our patients with Medical Record requests, FMLA paperwork related to surgery, and forwarding records to referring physician offices. Fabian is responsible for contacting insurance companies for pre-authorization of Surgical services. She can be reached at extension 226. Teresa assists within Medical Records as well. Clinical Staff provides assistance to our providers with clinic, schedule surgeries, refill prescriptions, schedule diagnostic testing, and request pre-authorization for ancillary testing. Dr. Mansfield's assistant is Vikki at extension 242, Dr. Francis' assistant is Charlene at extension 236, Mrs. Mehta's assistant is Katie at extension 241, Dr. Doe's assistant is Grace at extension 244, and Amy triages telephone messages at extension 235. |
